At a time when our family owned business was under a fair bit of pressure and experiencing time constraints, I had the idea to get a professional stocktake done to ease our workload. A simple phone call to Stephen and Bill who gave me an idea of what I would be looking at for a professional stocktake and they were booked.
Only a few days later their team of stocktakers marched in to our store and completed our very large stock take in a day! Something that causes me great stress with staffing, reconciling etc over a few days normally was done with no stress at all!

We are a medium sized supermarket located in Perth’s southern suburbs. We have using our regular staff to conduct our twice-yearly stocktakes for about seven years now. Of course to ensure a smooth process, we need to hire scanners. We have recently changed to hiring our scanners from Stocktaking WA and we could not be happier with the change. I always mention to my clients that a stocktake is best completed by an external professional rather than in-house. My points in convincing clients are
1) The buyer will inevitably miss stock that is out of date or unsaleable.
2) The Seller will miss stock that a professional would not.
3) The external professional stocktaker is the ultimate arbiter and avoids unpleasant and costly disagreements.
In this instance the intention was to do an in-house stocktake. Both parties now confirm that your cost was far more effective than an in-house stocktake. I agree.

Twenty four hours after my first contact with Mr Moore the stocktake was all but complete.
